These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Astro Dashboard, products, and digital services provided by XORD LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Use of Services
The Astro Dashboard and associated tools are intended for lawful personal use only. You may not resell, reproduce, or distribute any part of our service without express written consent. Unauthorized access, data extraction, or interference with our systems is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
By accessing or using any services, products, or platforms provided by XORD LLC, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”). The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, legal action, or notification of relevant authorities:
- Illegal Activities: You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in furtherance of any illegal activity. This includes, but is not limited to, activities involving fraud, money laundering, terrorism, or the distribution of illegal content.
- Abuse and Interference: Any attempt to hack, disrupt, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems, software, or networks is strictly forbidden.
- Intellectual Property Violations: You may not infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights of XORD LLC or any third party. This includes unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or modification of protected content.
- Malicious Content: Distribution of malware, viruses, phishing schemes, or any malicious software via our services is prohibited.
- Spam and Unsolicited Communications: You may not use our platform to send spam, unsolicited commercial communications, or automated messages.
- Harassment and Abuse: You may not use our services to harass, threaten, or defame others, or to engage in discriminatory or abusive conduct.
- Circumvention of Security: Any attempt to bypass, disable, or tamper with security measures implemented by XORD LLC will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law.
XORD LLC reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP and to take any action deemed appropriate, including removal of content, suspension of accounts, and disclosure of information to law enforcement authorities as required by law.
You are responsible for ensuring your compliance with this AUP and all applicable local, state, and international laws.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, illustrations, and materials offered through the Astro Dashboard are the intellectual property of XORD LLC or its licensors. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is a violation of intellectual property laws and will be pursued accordingly.
Payment and Billing
All transactions are processed securely by Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change without notice.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our services, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order is completed. Exceptions may be made in the case of duplicate charges or demonstrable technical errors. For any billing disputes, contact us at support@xord.io within 7 days of the transaction.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the minimum data necessary to fulfill transactions and deliver services. Personal data is processed solely by Paddle in accordance with their GDPR-compliant policies. XORD LLC does not store, share, or sell any customer data. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics software.
Your Privacy & Data Security
We take your privacy seriously. Here’s exactly what we store:
- Email Address – used for login and password recovery.
- Secure Password Hash – your password is never stored in plain text. We use industry-standard bcrypt encryption.
- AI Reading Balance – we track only how many readings you have left (e.g., 999).
We never see or store your credit card or payment details — those are handled exclusively by Stripe and PayPal on their secure systems.
For crypto purchases, we do not collect any additional information beyond the public ETH address recorded on the blockchain at the time of your transaction.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XORD LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming.
